BOOKING PROCEDURE
Please complete the initial registration form, after which you’ll be contacted and asked to pay a deposit. You will not be considered to have secured a place on the course until we have confirmed by email the receipt of your deposit. You will be advised when the final balance is due. Should you cancel your booking after you have paid your deposit you must notify us in writing by email. On receipt of this written notice, cancellation will be effected and confirmed. If you cancel your booking from when you book until 60 days prior to the starting date of your retreat, your deposit will be forfeited. However, if you cancel your booking within 60 days prior to the starting date you will forfeit 100 per cent of the total cost.

MINIMUM NUMBERS IN GROUP
Should too few people register for the specific course, we reserve the right to cancel it. If we are unable to transfer you to another course later in the year, or you are unable to attend at another time, your deposit and any payments made will be refunded to you in full.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Your trip cost does not include travel or personal insurance. However we INSIST you have adequate travel insurance cover for the duration of the trip. Proof of cover must be emailed to judy@judytenzing.com when you pay the balance

FITNESS AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
The accommodation is a three to four star villa, which is deemed spacious, comfortable and clean. Excursions will involve transport by car to various sites and locations.

FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
A photographer will be on the retreat sto take photos and videos of the group at work. Should you not wish to be photographed/filmed, please let us know as soon as you arrive.

ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST (UNLESS SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED)
Passport and visa costs. Air fares, train or boat fares. Sightseeing or services not mentioned in itinerary. Meals not included in the quoted itinerary and costs. Personal items:  laundry, postage, room service, alcohol, personal expenses, emergency evacuation charges, excess baggage charges, personal travel insurance, medical expenses on tour, phone charges, internet charges.
